Common questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number stays on Google Maps, your cards, and your sign. One call-forwarding setting on your line sends only unanswered calls to Spotminder, and we set that up with you during onboarding.
What do my guests experience?
Guests get plain text messages on the phone they already have. No app, no link, no account. If they'd rather talk than text, they can leave a voicemail and you get that too.
What do I pay after the $10 first month?
As a Founding Park, $59.40 a month on the Starter plan. The founder discount takes 40% off the regular $99/month for as long as your subscription stays active. Flat price, unlimited calls and texts, cancel anytime.
I have multiple parks. Do I get a discount on all of them?

Do I have to install anything at the park?
No. Your dashboard is a regular website that works on any computer or phone, and notifications arrive as text messages on your cell. No hardware, nothing for your staff to learn.

The fine print
- A state is claimed by the first park to become a paying subscriber, verified by the park’s physical address.
- One founder discount per park; discounts don’t stack.
- If a Founding Park cancels, the state reopens.
- RV Spotminder may verify park location before applying the discount.
